Shipping policy

Shipping 
Our items are handmade to order to we ask customers to please allow 4-6 weeks for their items to be crafted and shipped.

Our shipping prices are calculated through our website utilizing either UPS or USPS. Prices will vary with item weight, box size, and shipping address. A tracking number is provided via e-mail once the items are picked up by the carrier. Shipping times will vary due to carriers.

Lost Items

Items lost during shipping are eligible for replacement. Please contact the shipping service used and your local post office to see if they are holding the item before contacting us. If the item still has not turned up contact us via email at info@potterybyeleni.com to open your case. Please provide a tracking number indicating that the item was not delivered. Items shown as delivered are not eligible for replacement. 

Damaged Items

Items damaged upon arrival are eligible for replacement. Please contact us via email at info@potterybyeleni.com with a photo of your damaged item. We will analyze the photo to confirm that the damage was due to shipping. Items displaying damaging due to shipping will be replaced free of charge to the customer. Items without a photo cannot be considered for a refund.
